First, check the router / switch and network cable to ensure that there is no problem with the connection between the miner and the router / switch. If it is a second-hand miner, it is usually because the miner and router / switch are not in the same network segment. You can try following two solutions:
- Restore factory settings
- Modify the router’s IP network segment to the same network segment as the miner. If the miner IP segment is unknown, continue to try solution 1.
