BTM (Bytom) Mining Tutorial (ASIC miner)

BTM,which is short for Bytom, is the infrastructure of asset Internet.Any peer-to-peer financial applications and asset applications from institutions and individuals could be built on Bytom chain.

Part 1 — Mining Equipment And Environment

Algorithm: Tensority

Support: ASIC miner (antminer B3, B7);

Part 2 — Obtain BTM Wallet Address

Exchanges: OKExHuobiGate

Please note: Regulatory policies related to cryptocurrency mining differ in each country, and each miner is responsible to understand the associated risks.

Part 3 — Miner Configuration

Locate the ASIC IP address from your router configuration menu, then insert to any browser in the same LAN. Open the miner backend and input the following information:

Pool /URL:stratum+tcp://btm.f2pool.com:9221

Worker: wallet address.worker name (please input the wallet address but not the username of F2Pool account. The worker name is a name given to your mining machine, which can be letters or numbers and separated by a dot “.”)

Password:x

After the information is verified, click on the “Save&Apply” button in the bottom right corner to start mining.

Part 4 — Monitoring mining machine status and revenue

To view the operational status and daily income of the mining machine, you can access the f2pool official website, click on the search bar in the upper right corner, and enter the wallet address to check.

You can also view the information through our f2pool app. From the login screen, select “Quick View” in the bottom right corner and enter your wallet address.

Please note: After you set up your miner, it may take a little time before your mining data will sync with the f2pool website and app.
